Dr. Jake Reeverts is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, restore function, and enhance performance by creating customized rehab and fitness plans that support long-term health and injury prevention.
